Your selected program, name, contact details, optional education information and notes are sent to the academy admissions team. A submission reference and consent time are recorded.

Access and contact

Authorised academy staff review applications. Applications are not public profiles. Contact your chosen academy admissions team about access, correction or removal of your information.

WhatsApp preferences

WhatsApp updates require a separate optional opt-in. Declining WhatsApp does not prevent an application.

The academy must confirm its privacy contact and retention schedule before production onboarding.
